Store Manager (Retail Management) Job Responsibilities As a Store Manager you will be responsible for the overall operation and performance of the store including sales, merchandising, operations, staff selection and supervision, training and development, loss prevention and expense control. You will use your skills and retail knowledge to develop, foster, and maintain a customer-focused store culture; enhance the buying experience; and build relationships.
