Purpose:To provide a value:added service to the customer by analyzing their requirements and customizing applications, using market specific knowledge.
Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
: Works as part of a project implementation team to conduct business analysis.
: Identifies opportunities to provide customized solutions to the customer.
: Assists with the development and documentation of analytical results, and with the presentation of these elements to customers.
: Customizes and configures applications to agreed specifications.
: Designs, develops and documents workbooks, spreadsheets and associated deliverables within forecast time:scales and budgets agreed with customers.
: Supports other team members with analytic activities, including assisting with the development and execution of test plans.
: Provides market information from the field to appropriate Marketing and Product Management groups to assist product development.
: Remote training of end users and customer developmentScope and Impact:
: Works on smaller, minimally complex projects that require a singular area of expertise.
: Typically works on one project at a time.
: Impact is within the immediate project team but can be across projects.
: Work is generally predictable and decisions taken are made within guidelines set by others.
: Accountable for the quality of own work delivered within agreed procedures and timeframes and focused on internal and/or external customer needs.
: Works independently within defined parameters taking ownership of problems within own area of knowledge
Qualifications
Technical /Professional Skills and Competencies:
: Market knowledge
: Knowledge of at least one technical area
: Sound analytical, problem management and troubleshooting skills
: Basic understanding of project management principles
: Verbal and written communication skills
: Ability to communicate effectively with various internal and external teams : good client facing and telephone skills
: Risk Management
: Database and networking knowledge
: Customer Service experience
: Exposure to a consultancy life cycleCertifications / Education:
: Degree level qualification in computer science discipline.
