We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our property management company. We currently manage over $8 Million dollars worth of real estate in the greater Kalamazoo, MI area.
This person on a day-to-day basis will be doing the following tasks.
Occupied Unit Maintenance - This requires great customer service. You will be going into people's homes and fixing anything that needs to be fixed. Toilets, screens, cabinets, etc...
Grounds - Help picking up trash from around the properties, removing junk from abandoned units, and helping with evictions.
​Ancora Properties believes in autonomy, this person will be thoroughly trained and report directly our maintenance supervisor, with that said, we have a culture that is accepting of trying news things. Taking a chance on streamlining a process, absolutely. And if it doesn't work out, we tried.
What everyone wants to know:
Position full time.
Pay: $13 - $15/hr based on qualifications. Pay will be greater if have your own tools.
Gas and Cell Phone Reimbursement
Onsite Housing is available as part of compensation.
Vacation Days: Negotiable
Bonus Structure: TBD
We will pay you to do a couple small jobs before the official start date as part of the interview process to make sure you are capable of doing the tasks asks of you.
